Hi, I bought a 883 iron,after a few years away from biking, great bike if only using for local riding but bit underpowered, if you want more go for the 1200, lots of choice, ie 48, iron, special etc, check out reviews on utube. |

I’ve had da couple, enjoyed them both, went for a softail next time. 1200 is a cracking bike, and don’t let the big twin owners put you off, I’m tempted with a 48 as I’m currently without American iron |

I have a 2003 Sportster bobber, 1200cc, straight thru drag pipes, Coker tyres, forward controls, old skool style with a sprung seat. Rides superbly, sounds awesome and is lovely on country roads, It's my run about, it always makes me smile riding.
