Ok would be nice to know how many female bikers are on the site, im just outside Glasgow and been on the road just two months and loving it, i ride a fazer600
as well as a wee bit of advice
So anyhoo my fat ass is around a 16 and the trousers I ordered online came in at a 2xl as they are foreign as was my jacket(it’s got a little play in it) I can be anything up to a 20 in a top as I’m a 36GG cup
So my chest is a 43/44 inch
I’m 5’6” tall
Please can anyone point me in the direction of what sizes of all in one leathers to buy it seems all the bike shops only stock for the smaller female and I don’t wanna be ordering loads online to try and find the right fit |

It's not unusual that motorcycling gear is the wrong sizes compared to 'normal' clothes. I bought a pair of boots recently, I'm normally a size 9, I bought a size 11 perfect fit.
Best to try on in the shop |

Went there and couldn’t get anything to fit and even went to one in great western road was like trying to zip up a ten year olds jacket, so they think we don’t hit puberty or something |

I was going to say that. Had one piece many years ago. Didn't get much use as it was to uncomfortable. Full zip together is much better. I'd alway try before I buy due to sizing these days. Wouldn't dream of Internet purchasing bike leathers |

Get them made to measure - it’s the only way to get a decent fit and the armour in all the right places. My one piece cost £700 to have made and saved my back when I crashed. I’m a size 18 arse but with a 42G bust so nothing was ever going to fit off the shelf without squishing my chest completely! Plus it meant I got to choose what colours and design I wanted |

Best advice would be don't buy online. Go to a shop, try em on and make sure there's a chair you can sit down on to recreate being on the bike. Might soon daft but just because they're comfy and fit stood up doesn't mean they will when you're riding |

Even well fitting leathers will leave you black and blue the first few times you ride in 'em , lol . |

I had my leathers made to measure by DRC. look them up on Facebook. He makes to any design you want and can do them in leather or Kangaroo leather. If you pm me I will send you a pic of my leathers |

Better recognition of the needs of women (ie, clothes that fit and aren't simply boy's clothes with pink and purple on) is a key aim of the Women Riders World Relay, who have both a group and page on Facebook.
Good luck ladies! |

From my experience, I always need to buy 1 size smaller - it’ll be tight at the start but break it and be loose (specially if you get caught in the rain once or twice). I’m a 34 waist and buy 32 size leather pants after a week or so they brake in pretty well.
If you’re buying a 1-piece, it’ll never be ‘comfortable’ but tbh unless it’s on the track I don’t see the point of a 1-piece.
Sites like sportsbikeshop have great guidelines on each page for gear so maybe try there |
