Speed Awareness

Got caught doing 35 in a 30 mph zone at Warwick Bridge early Feb

Took the bike out this morning and ride down to Carlisle for this alternative to £100 and penalty points.

I think I would have enjoyed the ride out more if it hadn’t started raining just after Larkhall and didn’t let up until I crossed the border.

Anyway first biggish run of the year.

Still got the return to do later today hope the weather holds out

Jan18 and 4 hours of my life I'll never get back, not sure why they call it speed awareness more hazard awareness.

I enjoyed the speed awareness course but was a bit miffed I had to watch a video of some grieving mother and some boy racer doing 80+ round a council estate when I was doing 34 in a 30.

Still better than points i guess, but...has it actually stopped anyone speeding???
