"Passed my test, picked up fzr600 on way home
After many bikes got a busa now "
Passed my bike test pre power restrictions, so got off a 125, and onto 600, ahh the good old days lol. Every biker should have a go on GSX1300R hayabusa at least once...

"Yamaha TY80 trials bike when I was 7. Swiftly followed by a broken arm. "
Omg I briefly had a ty 50, rattling bag of shit, but it was mine and I loved her, she’d pull up anything if it would grip. |

I agree, if only I’d kept those old cronky bikes, I’d be a rich man now, I see new 125,s are 3 grand now, how can any youngster afford that, it doesn’t encourage anyone to ride any more, |

I wish I'd kept that Lc and the numerous boxes of barrels and bits |

KTM Comet Grand Prix with Clio on bars. 50cc
Used to go to school on it (well, 6th form)
RD 125 two stroke twin Yamaha
Then Z650 Kawasaki but never bothered with test. Took a few spins on mates bikes and then circumstances meant I had to get a car and couldn’t afford a bike as well
The RD 350 LC was nuts , very narrow power band , difficult to keep front down.
A highly tuned Honda CBX1000/6 frightend the life out of me one day and I’ve not really ridden since those days. |

I had the 250lc, but like any boy racer it had to be tuned to the max, until I realised 350 barrels would fit, ho my giddy eye, what a difference, never ever have I had so much fun on a bike to this day. |

Haha yep, my early biking life went 250LC,350LC, YPVS(x3) NS400R, GSXR750 Slabby. 350LC's were so much fun but I'll be buggered if I'd pay what they want for a good one now!

An Ariel 350... vintage 1948... single cylinder...
Last bike was a Triumph with 850 Weslake conversion. Then I discovered helicopters. Boy, they are like superbikes on steroids, go like rockets and up there there aren't people trying to kill you. |

My first bike at the age of 12 was a BSA Bantam 175. The grand sum of £60 I paid for it out of my milk round money.
Happy as a pig in shit I was with my piss pot helmit. Funnily enough I still have that helmit somewhere. Wish I'd saved the Z900s I've had and the Z1300,o and the 1100 Katanas...fuck I wish I could of saved them all. |

"A C90 , and it was brill. I was 16 and I rode it like it was huge "
Me and a mate did a world tour(well part of it) for a laugh on c90"s back in the day.
Sure it was the most produced bike in the world at one time, you could be 100 miles from a big town in a village and someone would fix or repair it with anything to hand.
Happy days ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

"Mine was a PW50 but my first road bike was a DT50 with a 90 big bore kit and a Fresco pipe. "
My first bike was also DT50 twin shock ... white and red brill little bike and it was just the right height for me. I then moved on to a DT175 monoshock (125 panels on naughty me) struggled to ride this (far too high for my little legs). Had cpl bikes after which my 2nd hubby got me kh100 ...gs550 (lowered) hadnt passed my test and decided I really was just shit at riding bikes but loved being pillion....happy days xx |

I started with a Honda Red Rocket racing trike, it had the 250 two stroke motocross engine from the CR.
First road bike was 125LC, then 350ypvs which I gave away as a box of bits, NC24, NC30, NC35 in Honda Britain red with gold wheels.
I have just clicked the button on a Dorsoduro 750. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

1990 Honda CB1-400.... Japanese domestic market model. Looked a bit like a Hornet I guess, but it was great fun. Wish I'd never sold it really, but have some nice bikes now to make up for it
