Thinking of getting either VFR 800 or a triumph sprint ST 1050

VFR looks in decent nick, ST needs a wee bit of tidying up, thoughts on these anyone ??

Both around same price ish

Ive had vfr 750 and a st1050. Could t get o. With the st1050 to top heavy gra. Clutch mine used to drag when hot. Vfr better handleing. I swapped my st 1050 for a cb1300 and that handled better. I spent a lot on the triump to make it better remapped trident exhasut. Wilbers rear shock. I gave up in the end wasnt for me.

I have had mostly Speed triples but i opted for a sprint st 1050 for a change. I can't fault the triple engine. The ST headlight is THE most piss poor light ever fitted to a motorcycle. Triumph luggage, (if you are going to use it is also piss poor and overly expensive if you need to buy it. Far too small, the topbox won't even fit 1 helmet!!

Rear swing arm and suspension bearings need constant attention and stator can be iffy.
