One of the best journalistic ideas of recent years was MCN RIDE 5000. So how many miles have you done on a bike this year? Sharp and blunt end combined as this is a role unbiased survey.
Feel free to answer now if baby is already tucked up for the winter with ethanol free/no fuel and a trickle charge. Otherwise get out there and do your duty!
The catch? The last person to post on this thread at 1.3.25 has to collate the stats. If it happens to be us please send us a reminder;-)

I have done about 200 miles this year, in my defence I only got the bike in October. That number will increase next year as it is my sole mode of transport, as I start a new job and get rid of the company car. |

25000 miles this year, down by 50% from my personal best. I ride everyday ,This year ive had a weeks road trip in Ireland, 3 weekend trips ,and ten day trip to Wales, 2 long weekend trips to Lake district, out of the entire year ive only manage to spend 7 weekends at home,and even then was riding locally. |
