I imagine there will be some terrific deals over this winter. They allegedly have many months worth of surplus stock and are completely ceasing production for Jan and feb.
The trick is probably to get the dealer to include a third party warranty policy if you think the new owners will shirk. Good chance that in the crooked world of bankruptcy law the new owners will be the old owners minus debts, and suppliers et hung out to dry and won't get paid their old debts. |

It's amazing how a company can go from a £300 million profit in 2023 to a 3 billion debt 2024. They are hoping the restructure will save them by ceasing production in January and concentrate on selling the thousands of bikes they have unsold in Bike show rooms around the world. Trouble is like some have said in this thread, they now will not buy their product due to worry of either no warranty or no delivery, we've all seen the problems with liquidation and losing your money. Hope they get through it but I don't see how |

Most parts of a TIM are Chinese or Indian already...just as most parts of a triumph are Thai. That does mean the most likely scenario is Chinese or Indian ownership with a Mr Pierer as figurehead. |

Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.
