Going to be there the last weekend and staying locally for the whole weekend.
First time I have been to this (I live in France) so looking forward to see how it compares to the event I normally attend in Lyon (I think that Lyon has a larger event).
Will be good to drink some good English ale and some local grub as well as meeting like minded people though..
..and see what's new in the biking World!

It is a good event and pretty big with the numerous halls, exhibitors and the chance to ride bikes off-road should you wish.
Met a few guys from British companies one being from Knox armour (which I have and utilise a lot here).
I look forward to seeing how the show in the NEC compares |

"i will probably attend, but a 250 mile round trip on my bike in november is a no no. car it is "
It's easier going on the bike
Parking inside, secure and free
Plus easier to get out at the end, filtering |

I am down over the last few days and will look out for any bargains although, they have to fit in hand luggage as I fly back to France on Monday!
The final few days are usually the best for bargains as the sales team want to clear their stock if they can. |

Nooo the days of getting a last day bargain are gone now as every retailer in the place has all their stock on sale or return from the suppliers. Plus with the extortionate cost of the stands they’ve havnt got the margin to give away. The uk bike industry is in a bad enough way as it is… so should all do our bit and support the dealers.
I was there working today and the crowds where really good |

No last day bargains any more and high ticket prices (£30 a ticket including a surcharge of £2 because it is delivered electronically ) - its a bit steep isn't it?
The equivalent in Lyon (Feb 13 to 16,
2025) is 17€ a ticket (no extra for being delivered electronically) so it is going to be interesting to compare the two.
Looking forward to the weekend and all it brings. |

Yeah I absolutely agree… plus you add on £20 for parking at the NEC now and it’s a proper expensive day.
I’m lucky I work in the industry as I’d never pay to go lol |

Yeah I think they are making some really good looking bikes and definitely interested to see them. Would be nice to have a ride. Do you like the hornet? |

Yeah hornet is great (first big bike) fast enough for me hence why I'm probably looking at getting an Enfield next as speed not a big factor to me I just think they look cool
