Any suggestions for bike insurance companies?

Ive just insured 4 bikes and didnt think it was too bad considering I have No NCB due to them being on my work policy previously.

North West.

Mine went up about £16, ended up staying with Hastings as all other quotes were more than my renewal price.

Just renewed mine £155 for the year. 7 years no claims and limited mileage which i probably won't get anywhere near.

There's no one insurance company that's always cheap for everyone. They spread the risk across all demographics, areas and bikes. Your current insurer is just saying they don't want you at this time but they'll all do it when it suits them. Try Compare The Market or GoCompare and it'll give you a good idea which company is looking for a customer like you. Much more efficient than trying companies that are looking for other people.

always best to use a go compare type site and make sure youve cancelled the automatic renewal

Yeh, I used a few of those, and they kept coming up at over £1,000. I ended up with Bennett’s for just over £500. Can’t complain with that.

Was with bennets for several years ...came to last years renewal and they wouldn't match ,a not massively lower quote...so much for retaining customers...

Now with mackenzie hodgson

I'm with Bennetts, they aren't the cheapest, but they do cheap track days, BSB Tickets and have lots of deals on their BikeSocial site. You get membership to BikeSocial when you're insured with them.

Thankfully I don't know what they're like if you need to claim, but I guess not so different to any other insurer.

Mine was £260 for a BMW S1000RR

I use Carol Nash but every year it’s a renegotiation

Why isn’t there a discount for loyalty ???

Multi bike limited miles fully comp £200 excess

£350 per year but I am old

That had some bonuses but a lot were of litte to no good to me up here sadly...the lack of matching a rival quote being the last straw, tbh
