"Thinking about buying a triumph street triple any one had experience of these this will be a daily ride while I continue to work on my 94 vfr750"
The street triple is a very good bike but I wouldn’t recommend one for daily riding for the majority of people.
Without knowing you, I’ll suggest taking a look at any of the modern classics, specifically the Speed Twin and Thruxton if you like the more aggressive position.
They are more comfortable for daily riding, significant power at any rpm & look and sound amazing. |

Thanks I been riding since I was 16 everything from little yb50 up to a 99 turbo busa
The daily ride is only about three miles so comfort is not really a factor and vfr750fr would be used for any distance riding this bike will be just for daily ride and a bit of fun |

I agree here, I’ve got a 2023 triple RS now I did buy it for the purpose of going on track but was going to use it the odd time on the road but having done so it’s now full track and I’ll stick to my Tiger 900 for the road.
Its each to their own, I really dont see the point of riding a sport bike on the road but people do so if you like the street then go for it they are a lovely bike |

I had a test ride of the Street Triple 765 last year, all I can say is wow. I'm not for the discomfort on bikes and it certainly wasn't. Amazing bike with the triple engine. Torque is amazing and it went like a rocket. I very nearly bought it but ended up trading my heavy 1200 explorer for a brand new lower and a lot lighter Tiger 900GT. My advice is, go test ride one then you will definitely buy one |

Thanks all I am going to be borrowing one from a friend soon for a couple of weeks while he is away as parents have a few Bonnie's 79, 2001, and 2004 I like them but I find they do not have enough grunt for me considering the power difference between the vfr and them why I been looking at what I said and no I am not buying brand new lol |

I had a brand new Tiger Sport 1050 in 2016 which I loved but it was too heavy for commuting on and wasn't very agile. On the open road it was fantastic though. I considered the Street Triple 765 RS last year but ended up buying a Panigale whilst I can still ride a sports bike |
