Anyone else have a two stroke? I’ve had loads over the years. Raced them, and restored them. Got some spare barrels a couple of weeks ago for my 1988 Yamaha Tdr250. Got phone call today that they have been rebored and ported with head skimmed to improve the squish. Programmable ignition came today so get that all on with different front brake set up over next few weeks then it’s dyno time. |

I've owned a few Suzuki GT250's. I have had 5 different models of GT250's and a Suzuki T250 Hustler. I now fancy a GT750 but the wife has said that I've got to get rid of some of my other bikes first as I've not used some of them for over 10 years

I will never part with either of them I want a
Rg gammer 500 cc"
I am annoyed I never bought one when I had the chance, there was one for £1250 back in the 90's. I just was too stupid to actually buy it back then. |

I cut my teeth on 2ts, didn’t own a 4t for probably ten years after I passed my test. First was a brand new 250LC, when through the range but last 2t was a Rothmans NS400R.
Bought & restored a shed of a 04 Derby GPR50R for when eldest turned 16, but she’s not interested so keeping it for her sister. Just lives under a quilt & cover in the corner getting a run up once or twice a year.
Goes like stink too, 30mph, huh huh, try twice that & a bit more. All 9.4bhp pushing along a bike that seems to weigh half of the average 4t 125 making it actually feel faster. I expect going bang will be a common occurrence once it’s in use though, as will annual top end rebuilds no doubt.

There are a lot of things I'd like to get my leg over . But close to the top is my favourite 2 stroke... Suzuki 750 gt ( kettle ) just as you remember the first naked woman you saw in the flesh. I remember the first kettle I saw . |
