So I had a crash on bike in aug and broke 7 bones in body. , 2 ribs, hip, pelvis,sacrum and two vertebrae in my lower back plus afew other thing to myself.
Has anyone broken any vertebrae and how long did it take to heal.
Plus has a bd crash out you off biking? |

Had a bad crash last year
Shattered my collar, straight snap at front but multiple up near cuff, put both hips out of joint and smashed an already arthritic knee cap
Was back on a bike as soon as the sling was off |

Think we have all been in ghe wars over the years
Worst i had was 1983 cartwheeled a bike down the road at 100mph , several fractures to the neck broken jaw ribs
But cut the neck brace off and was riding again 4 days after coming out of hospital
Not a very clever idea I know but i was younger then lol |
