So finger's crossed I pass first bike wise need advice triumph Street twin/scrambler, speed triple 675 or a Harley Davidson 883 iron any advice would be appreciated, my friend is in a Harley club so for the social side I'd love the Harley but I love the triumph look and build quality |

Street twin would be easiest to rude for a newbie however it's priceless to have folk inviting you out when you otherwise might have sat at home. Flip a coin to chose then promise yourself to reconsider in a year. Clutch on Harley is undeniably heavy and brakes are undeniably a bit crap. If it doubt buy the one you're most likely to look back at when you walk away from it. |

Pass your test and then try and get a test ride on the bikes your interested in, all of those bikes have quite different riding positions.
If you can’t get test rides, at least sit on them to see how they fit you.
For me though the street triple or the speed twin would be my choice (although I’ve never ridden a Harley) |
