Ok so I’m out little kik group we’ve decided we’re going to actively encourage each other to lose a stone in January
Anyone else fancy doing it and posting their updates ? Boost each other Tips etc |

I lost 9 1/2 stone a few years ago. For me, cutting down/out bread and carbs, portion size,no snacking. walking then running...worked for me but everyone is different.. |

Find your balance, diet, cutting down and out some things, exercise (walking then running worked for me) be positive, even a small loss is a positive...

Weighed myself this morning, not as horrific as expected but it's still a long way away from getting my backside in anything other than stretchy leggings. Leathers will need some work!!

Morning Losers!
Well, I hope we're starting to get the scales moving in a better direction.
Glad I saw this thread on Monday, it gave me the kick start I needed.
First Circuits class this morning. First one for a long time, and boy, did I feel it. The hardest part was getting myself out the house.
Took my weight and measurements on Monday.
Planned my meals yesterday, and did a shop which will help keep me on track.

Gained about half a stone over Christmas etc, so want to lose that plus a bit more.
I did join the gym a few months ago, which was going well until I got covid at the end of November, then a holiday and Christmas have got in the way of me going back. Need to give myself a kick up the arse and get back to it. |
