I think there is a blow up seat you can buy but maybe it just needs bedding in

I got the seat on my gsx-s1000 done by Chaos Custom and it is fantastic.Check them out on Facebook,i designed it myself then just send it to them

I generally use Corbin these days on my bikes but have had a seat made much more comfortable by P and P Seating, Birmingham on an FZ 750. I guess not too far from you OP, though I used mail for the service. Google them.

I have made 4 or 5 seats in leather.recovered many more.but not yet taken on someones project.

I however will be soon as doing 4 seats this winter.i,ll post the results.
