Who's going to perverts in leather rally. It sounds just up my street and would be good for a few of us to meet up for a few drinks.
I've been to other rallies but this will be my first PIL rally so any useful info is much appreciated. |

Yes it's camping, either tents or vans. The facilities are pretty good. There's a club on site with a bar with bands on in the evening.
I was at the last one it's great fun. |

Yea they've added a Thursday. No entertainment that night but I'm sure a bunch of bikers can find their own entertainment. |

I might get a car pass just in case I need to take a bigger tent, I only have room for a small one on my bike. A bigger tent might come in useful  |

I've been a few times before but missed the last couple of years.
Would love to go again cos it's a great rally where it really is live n let live, just enjoy the party and be your crazy selves. Not everyone there is part of the swing/kink community but it's sort of part of the culture of the event.
Hoping to get this years tickets as soon as the finances settle from xmas lol |

Only got round to doing the last one before we was told we are not allowed to party by Boris (how ironic), but what a brilliant rally and one that is worth traveling up from Kent for. See you there hopefully. |

We didn’t know anyone when we first turned up, but that was short lived. Had a right giggle with those we camped up beside and to be honest, it has to be up there as one of the best rallies we’ve ever been to. Everyone was in such a happy party mood.
It really isn’t a rally for anyone with a narrow minded pig headed attitude when you got men walking round in pink tutus and lingerie.
The fancy dress outfits in the evenings are fantastic as are the bands on stage in the big hall. The icing on the cake is that it’s an adult only rally (for obvious reasons) so it’s not one of those rallies that is more like a cheap family weekend camping trip with kids running around the hall and tents screaming |

So we text them told them I am in a wheelchair an need a trailer tent as we can't do camp beds with a tent they have text back an have made room so got are tickets this morning so will be there this year |

I'm a big leather fan especially leather bikers and one of my fantasies is to be in a one leather biker leather abd a kind biker woukd take me to an event such as this on his big machine..maybe it will remain a fantasy... |

Sounds like an after party party tent.
We had a 5 metre wide wigwam. Worked a treat on a rainy weekend at a rally site close to home. Missus packed it in to the car with chairs and bean bags for our (vanilla) rally friends. Was like our own rally within a rally. Unfortunately it’s had it now. |

Obviously the bigger the wigwam, the more room there is, but taking in to consideration the amount of floor room needed to be comfortable and move around has to be a lot larger than a tent with vertical walls. The best thing with a wigwam is how easy it is to get just one long pole up (ooh err). |

yea when we looked at them though it be great but as in wheelchair need a bit more comfort when sleeping so went with the trailer tent |

This is ultimately a biker rally for bikers to party rather than an event for swingers. The organisers have to pay for the hire of the hall, grounds, facilities and live bands etc. and as such, attendees pay for a long weekend of camping and partying. |

We bought a new bigger tent to start the season off. Want to be able to stand up in, but small enough to carry on a bike, 2 up. Done a trial run in the garden today in preparation for our first rally. Well impressed with how big it is ( oh er). Getting excited now. Over The Edge rally on the Isle of Wight coming up real quick now. That’s a teaser for PiL from what I gather. Be our first time to this one (maybe I shouldn’t have said that, going by PiL’s greeting |

No need to feel apprehensive. It’s like any other rally, but thankfully not like how many rallies are turning in to a cheap weekend away for families. A time for us adults to drink and dance without any fear tripping over kids and buggies. It’s nothing like one big swingfest. I’m sure there’s naughtiness to be had if you’re looking for it, but it’s more tongue in cheek adults having a laugh, with a little saucy twist to it. |
