"Grumpy1260 does some really good stuff. But do you know who he is? "
Less than twelve months ago I bought a new replacement oil cooler for my 600 bandit for 80 quid and two weeks ago it cracked spewing oil and leaving me stranded for 4 hours just of the M25 near Brands Hatch .. Ok perhaps I just got unlucky and got a bad one ..
Then I did get lucky and found an original one on eBay with lines which upon arrival is in pretty good nick for 50 quid !
I’ve seen Coolers and lines advertised for 300 quid .( new replacements ) I know it seems a lot , at the time but probably isn’t when all is took into consideration |

I replaced mine, but I got it made for me by a company here in Ireland that make radiators and oil coolers.
I had it maybe a bit bigger.
I just brought my old one and they were able to match the connections.
Was a little over €100.

My mate has done that, used a small intercooler from a car not sure what he took it off but it works fine, I'm also doing it the other way I'm using 2 bike intercoolers on my car project as I've no room for a car one |
