So first testing this weekend and first chance to see everyone on their new rides...

So thought I'd start a thread. Good to see Cal testing .. although did anyone see the snidy comment from Lorenzo about Cal falling off???

Although Jack Miller had somewhat to say about Lorenzo's comment. I will miss Cal and Millers Bromance

Let the 2021 season commence

Yeah looking forward to it, but can't see it as a normal season again. I expect there will be races behind closed doors

I am a huge motorsport fan full stop. Except f1.

Got a while to wait and I prefer bsb to wsbk if I'm honest. X and actually the supporting rounds for all major championships seems to be best for racing x

I’ll be glued to the box every race weekend ??

Bit of a precursor this Saturday at 6pm with the Daytona 200 with a certain M.Dunlop competing

Atm in these bleak times any bike racing will do

When we were allowed to go into work I used to upset a guy at work by telling him real sport involves engines! I've recently found myself looking for anything bike related too. I highly recommend "chasin the racin" podcast. They have had some cracking guests on there.

Just upgraded the tv package from virgin

Was first told £18 a month

Then best they could do was £14 extra a month and £50 credit on bill.

Final offer start new 18 month contract and an extra £3.01 a month

Looking forward to watching at the weekend. That's if I can work out what time it's on, it's a night race but the clocks change to summer time on Saturday night. Bloody confusing.

Well, Qatar is 3 hours ahead of the Uk.. less one for the clock change Saturday night.

Qatar does not have summer time so the time difference will only be 2 hours from Saturday night.

Practice times may be a bit misleading, the temps are higher than normal for this time of year, as I type it's already 28'c (08h20 local)so tyres may be iffy, plus there is quite a bit of sand blowing around on the (hot)breeze

Bring it on!

BSB is excellent but different. At MotoGp you are watching the fastest riders in the world, just that alone makes it exciting for me.

Moto 3 provides some seriously great racing and motoGp has gotten better with the current absence of a certain Spanish chap.

Personally I think BSB is better than WSBK for closer racing but I still prefer MotoGp as an overall package.

No wind tonight so the sand that

drifts onto the track over night won't (or shouldn't) be there in the morning, so things should be quicker!

I prefer bsb to wsbk but motogp across all 3 classes is superb.

I actually prefer the support races much of the time even in bsb. Moto 3 is always good too. But I've watched a certain Italian for 25 years now.. so motogp has a special place for me. But I miss the older days of all racing... Hizzy and Mad Mark ( hehe)

You may be ok, we've been warned about the possibilty of a sandstorm tomorrow! If tis that bad, I'd put an outside bet on a Monday race seeing that no one is going anywhere soon!

Maybe you are right, but I think he still wants to mix it given the chance. They are doing well like you say, that's the thing though, there are that many strong riders coming through at the moment, the pressure is on.
