Evening Fabbers,
Have any of you had your hotels on the island cancelled but not refunded?
Lots of rumours on island nobody is getting a refund and thought I'd ask the FAB community |

I've not had my refund from nw200 either have had to contact booking.com direct to ask about mine as the hotel isn't responding to my emails, and as it was booked over 6 months ago and I don't have paper statements I can even get the visa details but not sure if I can go through them to get a refund  |

If you paid by credit card you should be covered through your bank, well hopefully people are 
I have heard, third hand may I add, someone has been told by a popular hotel in Douglas they are not getting a refund. Apparently it was for 4 nights and over £1000. Terrible they hike the prices up for TT then won't give a refund. It's like being mugged then kicked in the teeth afterwards |

Such a shame they have to be brought to task to refund people, as its not what Manx people in general are about |
