Well most of New South Wales & parts of Queensland are recovering after floods which took place at the end of March - the most significant floods in decades. So yep there have been people who might have saved their homes during the fires only to lose them in the floods. So drought, fire, covid, flooding and now most of western NSW and parts of QLD now experiencing a mouse plague due to a good harvest season and swarming spiders due to floods. Apparently it’s also been a great breeding season for snakes... talk about extremes!  |
