The Annex is very clean safe and friendly. VJ is a stunning hostess who is warm friendly and loves what she is doing which makes a big difference, she gave us a grand tour when we arrived as she did when all new guests arrived. 	I attended the Annex for an evening event last Friday and although I've been to parties there in the past as well as private play sessions, I have nothing but praise for VJ and her team. Mistress VJ is a very personable and welcoming hostess and we feel comfortable and secure playing and socialising there. Not tried it as a swinging venue yet but keen to if the right event comes up! I attended the inaugural Greedy Girls night in Feb'14 where the numbers totalled 4 girls playing and 24 gents partaking. Four play rooms were available and the dungeon room proved to be very popular.
