	My first visit to The Annex and it will be not the last even though I live 140 miles away. A very cosy and intimate club with very welcoming hosts, oodles of friendly Fabsters and all packaged in a supersexy atmosphere. Play was all around and my playtime was just perfect. 	So I attended this evening for my first time at the annex, was made to feel very welcome by mistress VJ and was shown around by the lovely Claire. 	I visited this beautiful little club last night for swing and social. It was 200 miles round trip for me but well worth it. Staff are very professional and helpful. Clientele are really friendly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Rooms are clean and full of character. I’ll be definitely visiting this beautiful club again in future. Xxx S Date: 23 June 2018

As a first-timer to the venue I was initially escorted around the rooms by VJ and all aspects of the club explained to me. It was a busy night with plenty of varied (age and appearance) males and females. All attendees were dressed very smartly and it was such fun place to be. All the ladies were stunning. 	My first ever visit last week to the greedy girls evening. Had a wonderful time, Lovely friendly, welcoming and well organised club, very clean, quite small but very intimate, I wish I had made the effort to get there months ago.
