	Attended the Fab Friday event 04/03 met some lovely likeminded people. Claire host was very welcoming. If you want to dip your toe into the swingers club scene. I would highly recommend it. Definitely jump in the water is not cold!!! Date: 4 March 2022

	I attended the Friday 11-3pm event 25th Feb 2022. The wonderful hosts Nick, Claire and Michelle showed me the wonderful playrooms. Bondage Room, porn cinema, it's a wonderful outlet for Tgirls and Admirers in the Norfolk area to let their hair down. Do it.!!! :)) Fur-Q Date: 26 February 2022

Very well equipped, clean and well laid out. HUGE hot tub the we hope to use another time. Amazing people, all very friendly. Especially the handsome young barman. As soon as I entered was made to feel welcome by the lady host, showed around explain the etiquette, soon started chatting to people, played with a young lady who was beautiful and very respectful. 	I visited The Annex for the first time last Wednesday evening. I received a warm welcome from the staff and found a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. I had some fun in the hot tub with a couple of ladies, followed by a fun session in the fetish room with a non Fabber who happens to be a drummer, and at one point during the session she played a paradiddle on my behind with her hands!
