Our venue is just on the outskirts of Exeter, off the Chudleigh turn on the A38. The venue boasts a large social area with a well-stocked, fully licensed bar open from 19:00 to 03:00. We offer a variety of spaces to cater to different needs, including lockable rooms, grope cages, and orgy beds.

Door prices are as follows: - £60 per couple (£50 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - £30 for single females (£25 if paid 2 weeks prior to the event date) - A few select single male spaces are available at £60 each (only well-verified and vetted individuals will be considered) We have a good selection of local hotels, AirBnBs, and campsites in the area. We offer a pick-up/drop-off service for a small fee. Parking at the club is limited to 48 cars, with additional space for campers/vans. To reserve a parking space, the fee is £5 for a car and £10 for a van. Once the car park is full, you can use a public car park just a 3-minute drive from the club and take advantage of our shuttle service for £2.50 each way.

	As a single female on a first ever visit to any club - I very nearly bottled it but so glad I didn’t. Highly recommend. Relaxed atmosphere, fun crowd, interesting chats, total respect, no pressure (no dickheads!!) Go and do as much or as little as you want. 	Visited Utopia as a single gent, for there Halloween night on the 12th Oct and it was a fun evening. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The club is very well kitted out, clean and set up. You can tell it's well attended with plenty of regulars getting along and chatting to the staff, clearly a lot of famiar faces. This was my first visit but hopefully won't be my last. Visited Utopia as a single gent, for there Halloween night on the 12th Oct and it was a fun evening. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The club is very well kitted out, clean and set up.

	We attended our first party here, warm, welcoming and very fun! Atmosphere made us feel super comfortable,safe and confident! The whole staff are friendly, kind and helpful, and a great buffet too! The venue is warm, welcoming, well equipped and laid out with great staff and hosts.

Although the staff all didn't recognise me straight away they were still so warm and welcoming and yet again the buffer was amazing. A lovely atmosphere last night and the hosts, bar team and regulars who help as always are welcoming, literally from the warm welcome when parking all the way through to the farewell just helped really make a great night.

A good balance of play rooms and apparatus, both open and closed continue to make utopia a fun place to visit and connect with friends, playmates old and new.

	First time at Utopia for the cowboy/cowgirl themed night and we had a blast! Great venue really well laid out and like a Tardis, just keeps on going with loads of space all set up really well.
