	Visited for the first time last night . Very quiet but very relaxing experience. Good clean facilities well looked after. No play in spa areas on lower floor which is good . Couple of odd single guys wandering about and staring , will attend bio mixed next time when no singles permitted . Date: 23 August 2018

	We had our first visit to the spa along with a good friend of ours a couple of Saturdays ago. Stayed for the afternoon session as we were with a single person. A lovely place to be, very clean and well kept. The rest rooms were fun too, plenty of room for three and who knows maybe more next time. Very much looking forward to going again for an evening. 	We had our first visit to the spa a few weeks ago, and being new to all this didn’t know what to expect. But so glad we went. The spa itself is brilliant. We found it so welcoming, relaxing and spotlessly clean. And everybody we have met there is so friendly. We have been multiple times since and always find this to be the case. The rest rooms are just as enjoyable. Lockable doors for when we want our privacy but normally leave them wide open to get an audience. We find all the other couples to be respectful. 	Just left there. Came to Brighton for the day and the weather was awful. So can here. Great place,great facilities. Didn't know anyone,so didn't chat. But the people seemed friendly enough. Good mix of ladies and gents. Will definitely be back Date: 10 August 2018

	Visited on Sunday. Fantastic facilities, fantastic staff, can’t fault it. Spent a lot of time in the spa, then off to the sun deck for some naked sun bathing, total bliss, then some time in the rest rooms before back to spa then home. I would highly recommend. 	Great value for money, £32 for a couple to spend all day and evening in spotlessly clean facilities is a bargain. Drinks and food are sensibly priced. There are single men during the day at the weekend but they are generally well behaved, plus all it takes is a quiet word with the staff and they'll soon be told off for any behaviour that's out of order. Once they all go at 6 we use the rest rooms. Four couples all playing in the white room is extremely sexy. It's not going to satisfy people who want a direct replacement for kestrels because it's not trying to. Different courses for different horses. Date: 30 July 2018

	Visited Sunday 29th. Staff were polite and friendly, food was good value for money. Spa facilities downstairs were excellent and well maintained. Massage for both of us was very relaxing. Enjoyed ourselves upstairs, and the single men were not a problem. Adhere to the simple rules and you'll have a great time. D & I Date: 30 July 2018

As a couple we were hoping to chill, but we were followed everywhere as soon as we went in an empty sauna 5-7 guys in so went to steam again sane thing so went to sauna again it was empty as soon as we go in filed with guys wanking, went upto play rooms and went into a booth only to have guys knocking on the door. 	It’s been a while since we visited this place and it hasn’t changed - simply fantastic. Very clean and well presented, it’s a wonderful place to relax in a spa environment. For naughty exhibitionists like us, there’s always the opportunity to put on a bit of a show in the rest rooms too. Great value for money; the place to go, either to relax or for a bit of fun. We went on Sunday the 24th after spending the morning / early afternoon at Eurekas, can we say how nice it was, all the staff were extremely helpful and what we did like is how clean the place was. The whole place had a good feel to it, from the sun deck right down to the spa area, and we left completely refreshed and we can’t wait to go back to Brighton as well...keep up the good work xx

	Was in the area working for a few days and we decided to check out the Spa when we finished work for the evening. Easy to find and a long walk or short cab ride from the centre we were met at the reception by a young lady that was well versed in greeting new visitors. A guided tour, a massage booked we settled down to exploring the Spa. Plenty of water based places to dip in and out of, a nice sun terrace and a private area for those that want to use it. England were playing football that night so it was exceptionally quite with a few single guys milling around. Another couple turned up and we had an entertaining evening with them but there are some things to be aware of. There are a set of rules posted in many places throughout the building and on arrival you are asked to read them before entering the main club. It expressly forbids playing in anywhere but the private area, we think the term used was amorous activity so that could be as innocent as cuddling up to someone. We didn't mind it made mizz feel comfortable walking around on her own as there are staff continually walking around plus the fact the play area is well defined and enclosed, if you go in there you,and others, know why you are there. We would like to give this a try at a weekend as sure it has an altogether different vibe, more in keeping with a swingers club. Because it was quite the staff didn't hang around but we really busy cleaning and tidying. The massage was a proper affair and don't think extras are available you'll be shown the door! So clean and tidy, little jaded in places but we think it could be a fun venue on the right day. Oh loads of stairs too! Date: 21 June 2018

I understand places like that can be crazy but having no ethos for customer service is not right. On the other hand; facilities are great, place is clean and tidy. Date: 7 May 2018

	This was my first visit to BGHS, and what a place! The staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. This was my first visit to BGHS, and what a place!

The staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful.
